Coaching & Development
|
HRM
Coaching & Development Human Forces supports HR Professionals in
making career choices and can act as a discussion partner for all
those professionals who would like to develop their skills further.
They can help to answer questions such as "Am I an Advisor, Manager,
Generalist or Specialist?; Should I become self-employed now or
not?; How is my career looking in the short and long term?; Can
I become a genuine sparring partner for line managers?".
In purely practical terms, the support we provide involves one of
the following options:
-
Career scan; this is designed to show you in one or two discussions
whether your career is still on track.
-
Career study; to produce answers to questions about your longer
term career plans.
- Coaching
on the job; designed to develop behavioural skills based on specific
work situations, followed by a training or instruction course
if required.
- Career
coaching; if you need a sparring partner to discuss topical themes
that affect you or your organisation.

HRM
Training and Instruction Courses
|
Human
Forces organises a number of training courses aimed at developing
the skills and knowledge required for HRM.
HRM Support Training
This four-day training course allows staff who are providing a support
role in an HRM department to make a practical and efficient contribution
to the department's activities based on specifically targeted background
knowledge. Training is also given in communication skills so that
you can respond adequately in specific situations.
HRM Skills Training.
This training course covers the main behavioural skills required
for the optimal functioning of the Human Resource Manager. The structure
of the training course is modular, so that you can register only
for those aspects which interest you.
In-company training.
As well as an open registration option, Human Forces also offers
in-company training courses.
